These four girls are determinated. They want Tom Kaulitz punished for what he supposedly did to Perrine (21).

The night of April 15th, tom apparently hit her at a gas station in Hamburg, Bahrenfeld. Her lawyer has already gone to the court and he requested for a compensation. “We are demanding at least 5.000€. The complaint was presented. Tom still didn’t reply until now.”
The manager or discography company aren’t allowed to talk about that now.
The band think about this situation in a different way. The girls belong to a gang. “The Afghans on Tour” have been stalking the band for months and they turn their lives into a hell.
The lawyer doesn’t accept that: “They haven’t stalked them, they have behaved as normal fans. Each band should welcome well their fans.”
That the band are used to be invaded by fans. But in this case, the question of the victim seems very hard.
Perrine (21) is not planning to let him go. “I wanna be compensated, that is completly normal. He hit me, and well, I just want justice to be done.”
The court of Hamburg haven’t announced any date. Somehow, it seems the girls don’t want just the justice to be done but also draw all the possible attention.

Hamburg: The teenie rockers of Tokio Hotel have closed a rewarding advertisement contract deal, right before the mayhem around their new album will start. The 4 Madgeburger musicians will display their names and faces for the handy company Nokia. This was confirmed by manager David Jost to the dpa. He did not say anything about the financial part of the contract. Until now Tokio Hotel had stayed away from advertising. The musicians did not want to be connected to closely with any brandlogos…
Part of their contract is a poster campaign, an unplugged concert, David Jost said. The concert with acoustic instruments wil be held in Germany. The cards will be raffled off and can not be bought.

It’s official. The new album will be called Humanoid and will hold the same name in Germany as well as the US. The album will be released on October 2, 2009.
The one thing on my mind is? Please don’t change the date again. Really. *crosses fingers* What do you think of the new album’s name? I think it’s a great name and I can’t wait to hear what’s on it. I avoided listening to the leaked material that was out on the web for the very reason I wanted to be surprised when I got my copy.
I have the flu, so things will be slow for a while but I hope to be caught up soon with everything. Leave your comments on the new album. Reports are in that the attacker turned himself in, and then talked about the injury he substained during the fight. A cut hand does not even equal to how Gustav might feel, sorry to say. TH was involved in a fight again. This time it happened to drummer Gustav. Allegedly, a young man attacked the 20 year old with beer bottles in a discotheque in Magdeburg. Gustav was hurt so badly that he had to go to the emergency ward of a hospital. What happened exactly, and who’s behind the attack – Markus L and Bettina G report.

Have you been reading Tom’s blog on the official site? If you haven’t shame on you! There’s a poll Tom’s doing now, so why don’t you head on over and participate? Also, I was emailed by a few people asking about posting the images from the new cover shoot for their album. As far as I know Joseph is still shooting the images and out of respect for him? I will not post them until they are officially released. This is out of respect for him as a photographer. In case you don’t remember, Joseph contacted me asking me to ask the visitors what they wanted from the shoot. If you want to see the images?
